Regarding new players playing on ct.

Heyyyy, here's just an idea I had during a match.
Why not set a certain time limit that new players must play on jb for to reduce the amount of free kills, no mics or commands, and just a better time for everyone.

Definately a good idea. Trident had running on his dev server but hasn't gotten around to adding or something.
