[JAILBREAK] Guard Queue and CT Swaps

Maybe not put them into position 1, maybe more like position 3 to still give everyone a go at CT, and it also doesn't make the CT that got swapped wait for 8 people.

Change the way getting swapped off CT works, either 
1. when a guard gets swapped off CT make them position 1 in the queue again.

or 
2. swap the CT that has been on the CT team the longest back to T, not the guard that most recently joined.

Yes I know this has been  suggested before and it was denied due to "not needed" but I'm posting again to see what everyone thinks of this because I know alot of people get annoyed when they get swapped back to T after 1 round.



Yeah this might just get denied straight away but I wanted to give it a go cause it's really annoying. xd

Today i got removed of ct because of the other 2 "ct" members were below "average"

Because of this i got moved to position 7 not position 1

We wen't with option 2:
The CT who has been on CT for the longest gets auto-balanced to T if ratios break.
They then can type !guard but they'll be added at the end.
This way everybody gets a go at CT.
