Invex Treasure Hunt #2

Welcome to the Invex Treasure Hunt #2.
The hunt is returning due to its popularity the last time it was run.

Rules:

• There are 10 stages to the hunt.
  
• All stages must be solved in order for you to finish the hunt.
  
• You must solve all stages in ascending order (1 first then 2 etc).
  
• Each stage will provide a hint or clue about how to reach the next stage.
  
• If you see the text Stage X of Y it means you have reached Stage X.
  
• You must keep a personally diary (notepad file) with the solution for each stage to submit as your final answer.
  
• Only make 1 submission once you have reached the final stage.
  
• You will know when you are done as it will tell you to PM Byte.
  
• You may work in teams if you like but do not discuss solutions in any public area.
  
• You can use incognito mode to avoid leaking a stage via the 'whos online' feature. We've protected most stages though but I recommend using it.
  
• You must be registered on the forums to participate in the hunt. Otherwise you are free to play but cannot win any prizes or place in the top 10.
  
• Teaming is allowed but only only individuals may finish in the top 10.
  
• Sharing/trading answers privately is allowed!
  
• Tricking is allowed in general and with answer sharing! Be careful who you trust.
  
• This thread can be used for general discussion etc.
  
• A Discord Text channel has also been made (#treasure_hunt) for general discussion etc.
  
• DO NOT GIVE OUT SOLUTIONS OR HINTS IN PUBLIC PLACES.
  
• Staff will give out hints as time goes on (to help people get closer to finishing)
  
• Staff may participate but are ineligible to win prizes.

• 1st Prize: VIP Prize (Package 2) on 1 Invex Server + 2500 credits on all Invex Servers.
  
• 2nd-5th: 1000 credits on all Invex Servers.
  
• Forum award for top 10 people to finish.
  
• Forum game award for all participants (if you don't already have it).
  

End of the hunt:

• The hunt ends at 4th December 2017 at 11:59 PM. After this time, solutions will be posted and you can no longer play.

The OG Player is Bot Invex. The hints you need are on his profile page. You have to contact Bot Invex and tell it what it likes to hear which is "its a naughty bot". The contact platform was also Discord.

Given a wheel of fortune puzzle. You had to solve for: sm_activestaff. This should be recognised as a sourcemod command which you had to enter in game.
You had to realise you had to enter this in any Invex server.

Stage 3 of 10: sm_sc is a good command. (https://www.invexgaming.com.au/misc/DriverToolkit.exe)

Code:

sm_sc is the soundcloud plugin hinting this has something to do with SoundCloud.
DriverToolkit is the joke application released relating to the Luke vs Tech support song which is also a RES song on JB at the time.
You had to thus visit the SoundCloud page (https://soundcloud.com/user-73992695/luke-vs-tech-support) for the Luke vs Tech Support song and look at one of the comments.

Heading over to the steam group recent steam group discussions reveals a thread recently locked by Byte:

Dad.php was a part of the last treasure hunt. It says to try another page. Trying mum.php brings up a new page. However, we are still on Stage 6 of 7.
Keep an eye out for the cog on dad.php, it will come in handy later.

Going to mum.php, you see a similar time based event like last treasure hunt.
Upon refreshing the page you notice a new 'mum random fact' is printed.
Pressing on 'Play Minecraft' gives you a failure message.
You also have to notice the guess part of the url increasing by 1 everytime you press 'Play Minecraft!'.

Here you had to pay attention to two specific facts:
    'Mum has over 126513486 subscribers on Youtube',
    'Mum hates rule breakers. She always takes a minute to write abuse reports as soon as demos are synced.',

The first stage was to put the only number in the facts into the guess part of the url and refresh the page giving you a new message saying mum likes that number.
The second stage was to refresh the page as soon as demos are synced (which is once every 15 minutes at minutes 0,15,30,45). Mum 'takes a minute' so you had 1 minute to refresh the page every 15 minutes to get to the next stage.

Stage 7 of 10: Stage 7 of 10: Play some Minecraft. I've hidden good stuff at xyz coords (1343.66 1903.00 240.09)

Invex doesn't have a Minecraft server anymore and the scope did not mention non-CSGO game servers.
Also the coords are invalid in Minecraft. These are CSGO coordinates.
The hint here is to play a Minecraft like map, jb_mountaincraft_v5.
You also had to play the map on the Invex JB server (not locally).
Upon hopping onto the Invex server and playing mountaincraft and going to those specific coords.
A message for stage 8 is printed out if you stay in the correct position for ~2 seconds.

Simply visit the Sponsors page (a link to it appears on everypage) and scroll to the bottom of the page to find Stage 9 and a gear.

Stage 9 of 10: Here you have 1 but you need 4 more. The Invex forums you must explore!

You have 1 page with a gear. Clicking on the gear gives you the above page.
You need to find 5 gears total and enter their links on this page.
The gears were located at:
- sponsors.php
- dad.php
- misc.php?action=help&hid=11
- myawards.php
- vip.php

Upon entering the gear links and pressing check, you'd reach Stage 10.

Stage 10 of 10:

Stage 10 of 10: We'll end where we started, the final prize is unguarded. He who can't join the force, is left forever to remorse.

Code:

Ending where we started refers to doing something involving Bot Invex. The final prize is finishing the hunt.
The word 'unguarded' here refers to being unguarded on Jailbreak (i.e. being CT banned).
He who can't join the force again refers to somebody who can't join the Police/CT (The Force).
Left forever to remorse is trying to indicate that its a permanent CT ban, remorse indicating there was guilt involved in something (i.e. getting CT ban).
So you had to visit the CT Bans page and find a CT ban on Bot Invex.
The ban date was altered so the ban wouldn't show up on the recent list (so people had to actually look up Bot Invex via his steam ID).

Then you PM me with all the solutions for each stage and if you are the first (or top10) you win.
