[COMBAT SURF] Mortimer Gunspam / Jailcamp + Telecamp / Micspam (Earrape)

I had been called onto the server by Jae to deal with a player that was earraping the server. After I had muted the guy earraping this Mortimer guys decides its his turn and starts micspamming very loudly and so i muted him. Soon after this on Round 8 I believe in the demo he starts gunspamming the zeus and I banned him quickly after. He had also apparently been tele / jailcamping in the earlier rounds in the demo. The guy is obviously only here to cause trouble and doesnt care about the server. Up the ban plz

Was jailcamping, mass spamming loud music each round + gun spamming at end.
Due to a combination of all three, banned for 3 months (appealable).

The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
