I was called onto the server because someone said you were cheating. I watched you for a while and noticed when you were using dualies (which was always) while you were trying to shoot at someone as soon as your crosshair would go onto them your shots would speed up if the other admins would like to look at it they can here is the demo http://fastdl.invexgaming.com.au/fastdl/...s2.dem.bz2 and http://fastdl.invexgaming.com.au/fastdl/...e3.dem.bz2 Also your friend Freckophile (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198443893821) looks like he has a lag switch on am_warehouse3.

The only reason I used the dualies was so I could rush people on AWP rounds but I ended up using it for most of my time in the server.
Aight so as I cannot watch the demos right now I'll assume you're talking about my dualie taps. Those were just lucky shots on my part no skill involved no anything. I don't know what you mean by  "as soon as your crosshair would go onto them your shots would speed up" as soon as I see a person I spam mouse1 or try to tap them. I don't know why you had to bring Freck to this but if he does have a lag switch that's his own ban it doesn't mean if I'm associated with someone suspected of cheating means I'm cheating myself.
The only thing I can't explain is the ban on KZG for fog_enable I don't even understand what that is and what it does.

I reviewed the entire demo on am_grass2.

First of all, being friends with other people won't affect your ban in any way obviously.

Second of all, being banned on other gaming servers won't affect your ban (as we can't verify other servers ban and that server in particular hands out random bans for 'cheating/hacking' if the owner doesn't like someone.
With that being said, a SMAC ConVar violation has no false positives and confirms you were using a crappy cheat to change replicated ConVar values.

With regards to the dualies (which you used for the entire game), it does look like they were max speed instantly on the first bullet fired.
I don't think you would be able to naturally click this fast so you either have a hack, a +fire spam bind or an action repeater function on your mouse.
As for wallhacks I saw some fishy things (Like peeking while aiming at a wall where the play happens to be).

You also have a 9 day old VAC ban which doesn't help your case.
Imo for this alone the ban should remain 3 months minimum (until appeal).

Overall we need a third opinion.

There is no way you spammed the dualies that fast naturally, also your recent VAC doesn't help your appeal.
