I'm back with attempt number two for the position of Jailbreak Administrator. Its been 2 weeks since my last application and I believe I have improved on many things mentioned in my critisim (will be later discussed towards end of application) so im applying again

I'm am going to rehash on what I stated in my last application first then go into the new comments and improvements towards the end

Have 25 posts on the forums before applying.
I currently have 205 posts at the time of making this application

Have a forum account for over 2 weeks to be able to apply.

Have at least 40 hours on the server
I currently have 16 days, 4 hours, 20 minutes played on Jailbreak

Be active on the server AND forums (especially the server(s) you are applying for).
At the time of my last application I had allmost hit 19 000pt on jailbreak, since then I have been playing a considerable amount and now how 24 000pt (would be higher but getting slammed with extra shifts for work)
I also have 1 Week, 3 Days, 16 Hours on the forums

Have a 0% warning level with no serious warnings (3+ points) for at least 2 weeks.
I've never had a warning level other then 0% 

As can be seen I meet all the requirements

Why Do I want Admin? (Click to View)

I would like admin for I believe I fit the role quite well for I am a mature person, non bias, know all the rules and love the community. I get along with most if not all members of the community that I talk to them. I dont break rules intentionally and rarely break them non intentionally (Freekills and such). I also would like to become admin for I would like to help the community grow larger by helping new players and punishing people who break rules, as on Jailbreak rules are broken quite frequently which is evident on the amount of Abuse reports are made for jailbreak despite the current admin teams best efforts to be as active as possible. 

And that is why I would like to become admin

In my time playing the server's I have only accumulated 2 ct bans 1 was January 2017 and the other was January 2018. The ct Ban in january 2017 was for Vent Camping, I only did this because I was very new to ct and the server and did not really know the rules. And the most recent ban was for a singular accidental freekill, very minimal offence and the ban was deserved a video of what got me ct banned can be found here:

I have never been seriously gagged or muted by anyone, the only gags and mutes I have accumulated were for jokes and such

Now I'll describe what I have worked on since my last application, Ill try keep it short and sweet.

Improvements Since Last App (Click to View)

A main point of criticism from my last admin app from the community as well as the admin team was that I needed to enforce the rules more and enforce rules with my mic more which has become my main focus point in the past 2 weeks. I now enforce rules via my mic as often and frequently as possible, I have tried to create a sense of authority rule breakers so that even though I dont have the power to swap them, slay them or ban them they recognise there actions are wrong and usually punish themselves. I also use the !rule command on special days to assist newer players on how the special days work.

Please leave criticism with your decisions for it will help me improve and learn.

i mean +1 but the timing is kinda not good, it might just be me but there might be enough admins on the list (not saying all them are active or what ever) but another wont really hurt but the timing would be the only thing for why you wont get admin, but good luck
