Firstly, your ban wasn't a perm it is a 3 hour ending at midnight. Quite often we will use the time of '0' to ban quickly then edit the ban after we have finished what we are doing. Surfing etc.
Mute or ban aside you were warned to stop but continued to do it anyway. I'd say you got off lightly with 3 hours. If you have any further problems, feel free to PM me
