I don't know if you've ever played the map, but as a surf admin you probably should have, it actually contains teleporters, I can show you where they are if you would like.
I can also give you an example of me bhopping for 4 minutes but honestly I don't think that should be necessary.

I'm sure that it would be more difficult to kill a player up in the air surfing than to kill one who is bhopping. So it's not a bhop map, many decent surfers use the ramps and elevator a lot.
Think about this Razor you've got bad players at the bottom bhopping, so the smart thing to do is surf, as they would be trying to bhop and wont be looking above them, so if you surf around and shoot down, then you have a much larger advantage.
So yes, the ramps are used but only smart players will use them, this is why people complain when Beax kills them, but its only because he plays it smart.
Another thing with that, just because some people wont use the ramps many times does not mean the map should be removed. What about maps like griver and rebel, many people just camp rails on griver and don't even surf. And with rebel, its not combat surf, its surf and then combat, which is completely different. In fact, rebel is a skill surf map, so why is it on combat surf?? Ill tell you now, 95% of kills occur in the jail of rebel, where there is NO ramps to surf on. So how is it combat surf???

I can't believe what you decided to write in the second part. As a surf admin, I have played the map, yes, and as a surf admin, I actually know how the rules will work. Let me explain to you why we have telecamping rules: this is because of an unfair advantage as players will lose speed after entering a teleporter and is impossible to react as quickly as the camper can.
In bigloop, the teleporters allow you to boost out, having no disadvantage against any other players. No admin will slay a player for instantly killing someone who comes out of the teleporters on bigloop.
You might argue that dust2 jail also allows you to boost out, meaning that camping jail should be allowed. Well, reasons against this are that it only allows you to boost out through one direction, where you must go straight for a period of time before you can turn left or right, as you are surrounded by walls from both sides.

I find it very funny how you quoted me more than once on "Also it is not delay at all". Funny thing is, it is one of the least delay maps, which is probably why many people like it. It is not easy to gain speed and keep it for very very long to delay, it doesn't have any teleporters other than the 4 which put you in jail, and it is not a large map.
If you want delay there are so many other maps that you can talk about, but we don't see anyone telling people to take griver out, or rebel out.

Just so you know buddy, delaying is possible on every map, however when people refer to a map as a delay map, this means that there are many strong boosts on the map which allow any player (including yourself) to get a high velocity.
