I don’t have a problem with younger individuals unless they decide to be annoying as fuck, Slimey ! as an example. I just don’t always think that some younger individuals necessarily have the qualities for the position. They may be mature and whatnot, but 9 out of 10 times younger individuals won’t be capable to deal with some situations. Just my perspective on it.
