The staff team still believe you have not changed and are still very toxic to various players (mainly those you are not friends with).
This is evident in logs/demos we've reviewed.
We suggest trying to actually censor yourself on the server (including Discord) and ignoring players you dislike instead of attacking them.
This may take a fair amount of effort but we suggest not reapplying until you've addressed this over a lengthy amount of time.
