[COMBAT SURF] Zenix repeated telecamping

Tick 31000 Attempted Telecamp - Can confirm, although he did not kill anybody but still shouldn't be attempting to telecamp
Tick 35100 Telecamp - Can confirm he did telecamp although was already punished by Beax.
Tick 56000 Jailcamp - Can confirm that he knifed you out of jail, however this rule is not official and is enforced differently by some admins (Tick is the only one who allows knifing / shooting out of jail I believe), however, many admins (myself included) have told him not to do this so I'll count this. We will soon decide whether this rule will become official or not.
Tick 104300 Jailcamp - Can confirm he knifed Beax once he fell in jail, although Beax is an admin so he could have slayed him for this?

Can confirm that Zenix jailcamped on three different occasions. He is a very experienced player and is aware of the rules he is breaking, and as a result of this I will be issuing a 12 hour ban. If he is caught  jailcamping again he can expect much harsher bans in the future, thanks.
