Why? The ABUSE/NOT ABUSE tags were placeholders pretty much as we used to simply close the thread on completed reports rather than move them into new sections.

They actual reports are but into a section called ABUSE or NOT ABUSE.

Say youre viewing a persons threads, you cant see from the tag anymore if its abuse or not

Anyways I think the red and green Abuse / Not Abuse tags look nicer so +1 to this idea
