neutral, your actions in the past, especially being ct has shown a level of immaturity that you present when you are told that you break rules. I have also seen you make the same "mistakes" on ct even after being ct banned for it.
On the other hand, you are a good kid, and you have shown dedication to the server. Just need to increase your maturity levels and learn to ct properly and it will be a +1 from me
