constant tele-camping after telling him not to multiple times

edit: to clear up confusion on why i made it on 3 tele camp. Iti s because geoff knows the rules, plays alot, but breaks the rules constantly if i got demos for the 3 maps before i could compile 10+ telecamps.

he also claims he is not telecamping so he needs to know that what he is doing is against the rules. he wont listen to me no matter how many times i tell him Confused
