Around the time I state in the evidence Lollipop starts to spam chat by turning PS on and off. This is on a special day so ignoring the spamming It breaks that rule as well. I warned him multiple times to stop or I will make a report, but of course, he doesn't so here I am. He also turned on PS fully and held down his mic in dead chat, in turn preventing the live T players from talking at all.
