new LRs

There is always a lot of LR ideas.

So similar to WT and JBTB, I modular different components.
I will at some point (maybe Xmas break, maybe in 3 years) write a modular LR plugin that can be loaded in.
Will use same system as Wardentools special day pretty much so code is mostly there already.
Once that is released, we'll be able to add a huge number of LRs easily.

There is a current expansion system in LR plugin and stuff like this could be added but at this point there are bigger fish to fry and I'm not leaving many stray suggestions.
