While it is technically right that it was favouritism when T's disobey orders because the game is unfair then the warden can kill them as it is counted as rebelling. Within the context of the round he was justified but what needs to be discussed is whether the game was fair or not and if it wasn't then it warrants a CT ban for freekilling and an unfair game. It's better to limit the conversation to the topic of the game being fair or not.
