Giving actual feedback, limited time only cosmetics like hats and nametags might work. For example, a new stylish hat is available only during this december, purchaceable with credits. So players who don't have them and want that hat can donate a dollar or two for credits.

Maybe you could do some kind of bonus package where buying a certain amount of vip on one server, earns you a trial vip on another.

In game perks could be something like 50k credits gives all alive teammates 50 bonus health.
Or 10k credits gives all alive t's a grenade. You could put some behind a VIP only wall and give them cooldowns of 3hour to 12hours or something.
Other perks could maybe be increased velocity when bhopping on special days, purchasable utility with credits maybe once a round

Ngl kinda like the idea of having maybe a player skin or something available for a limited time for certain users, Maybe in the form of having a package or Gaining it through WOTM or ROTM. Think this seems cool
