The FastDL demo sync has been fixed and works as it did in the past.
Demos will auto sync every 15 minutes. You can check when the next sync is by clicking on Downloads in the nav bar:

There are no manual syncs, do not ask admins for manual syncs, simply wait for map to finish and retrieve your demo.
Reminder that demos are only kept for 7 days.
