It's basically 3 people who have to make the decision, basically to stop the warden killing who he likes. Usually you couldn't have a T who has won a prize do it as they would be vocalising their opinion in all chat and messaging over steam leaves no evidence that the game was done legitimately. I have seen cases where an admin has let a T been the 3rd decider and they used admin chat to vote (as only 2ct's were on) and I mean that's fine as far as I know. The rule is really only there to stop a warden from just picking who dies and 3 ppl is the minimum where they cant do that. If only 2 ct's were on the warden would have that sole decision as the wardens vote is the tiebreaker basically rendering the other ct's vote useless. I personally dont think it needs to be changed

I get what you mean but it can be taken both ways technically the warden is the sole decider cause all they have to do is vote no and even if the other ct votes yes its the wardens vote by default but there was still another CT voting which could be seen as them not being the sole decider in the outcome. Wouldn't hurt to change it to 3+ as I said Ive heard both from different admins and theres people saying you can do it with 2 cts on this post so its not 100 percent clear to everyone
