That's how it works. If there are 3 or more ct's its fair. When there are 2 ct's/people deciding who wins (not allowed) no matter what the ct that istn the warden votes, the wardens decision will win. When there are 3 ct's if one ct votes yes, another votes no. the warden does decide who wins, but he isnt the sole decider, the other ct's still have impact. The same goes for any amount of Ct's above 3 as on all even numbers off ct's the warden is basically a tie breker in the event of one, and for all odd number of ct's the warden wont ever have an overiding vote as there will never be a tie.
Still might be worthwhile for claritys sake to include "(minimum of 3)" into the rules as this would be an easy change and solve this problem from having again.
I really dont think it needs to be clarified as if you were to specify that a minimum of three ct's are required some other games wouldnt work. Besides if you really want, you can change how you do talent day to make it so warden is sole decider. For example, having 3 outcomes, a loss, win and an undecided, where you only win if you get both votes as yes, only lose if you get both votes as no, and you are undecided if you get one yes and one no. In this instance, the warden isnt the sole decider as there are 3 catagories and this fits the rules. However the idea that a minimum of 3 ct's are required that is spread by the community is like that because the way that people normally run a talent day require 3 ct's to be inline with the rules.
Well that's what I mean though Im being told Im not allowed to do a talent day with 2 cts when I plan on making it that it has to be 2 No's for them to die. So im allowed to have a talent day with 2 ct's if I say that both CT's have to vote no for them to die making warden not the sole decider?
