EDIT 2: Please don't delete this as it further contributes to the problem at hand (being abusive and calling me a cunt when I didn't do anything but deny a friend request of someone I barely knew).

I've heard from others that he constantly breaks rules (such as freekilling and baiting).

My only experience with him was either today or yesterday.
I was on JB and he was on CT (not sure if he was wardening, but he was using mic) and tried to add me, and I declined. Mostly because I barely knew him but also because I had heard bad stuff from others.
10 seconds after I declined he said "Oh I see how it is chef, you cunt" or something along those lines (he definitely called me a cunt or said it)

I honestly don't think he fits into the community and something should be done about him.
Whether it be a formal apology and a final warning (possibly with a temp ban),
or make a temporary unappealable ban, or permanent appealable ban.

Just my thoughts, I don't think it'll be valued too much.
