Issues that occur in private chat are usually not a problem, if you don't like talking to somebody then delete them.
As for the rename, having an offensive name such as the one you had is punishable by bans. You got lucky that you were only renamed although you shouldn't have been renamed to 'idiot' (something to note isaactheprodigy).
Also, you have not been banned previously for any issue.
