For jb:

Not gonna help much and broken even if it was 0.5 anyways

The store has the option of upgrade this item (I think the sourcemod plugin can handle it), just make it 13000 for initial then 10,000 for each 0.1 afterwards Smile

Also maybe you could introduce a suicide bomb for 1000 credits. Make only 1 available each round and its audible to the CT team. @1000 credits it wouldn't be super spamable but could create some lolsome moments.
