So I modified the VIP special name code a bit.
Before it loaded after the page was fully loaded and new shouts in the shoutbox were not highlighted.
Fixed both those issues, they should load instantly now and they work properly with new shouts in the shoutbox.
Not sure if anyone cares but yeah.
