We have been discussing this.

We have three options:

• Stick to 24 slots meaning a bunch of people will miss out
  
• Host two 24 slot matches meaning everybody can play but a lot of people won't be in the same match
  
• Lower tickrate to 64 tick and play 18vs18 or whatever the final number is. This way everybody can play, in the same match but it will be a little crazy with the number of people playing.
  

I think I will go for the final option as setting up multiple matches takes much more effort.
