Rule Clarification

OK Tgun, i completely see where you are comming from, ANY escaping prisoner is instantly rebelling even if no orders are given, ANY T is suppose to stay in cells  before cell doors are open unless freeday.

Yup, that's what I'm trying to say. The problem is with the wording right now, if they're out of cells they're just "escaping prisoners", which some admins take discretion as saying they aren't KoS / Rebelling. Hopefully Byte and/or the other people who contribute to the rules can give me an answer and say if it's intentional or not ^^;
