T-Reqt What is your friendship with @"h0pz" ? If Darcye had your phone number I assume you two were friends to some extent?
I understand that it is your personal phone number but if this was amongst friends I don't see the huge issue here unless it was leaked on a server or amongst other people you do not know.
from it just being Darcye and @"h0pz" it seemed like you all were friends doing a harmless joke towards each other.
How strongly do you feel this ban is necessary? or did you just write the post out of anger and frustration..
At my point of view I think a forum warning level is fine consequence.
