I recommend you both ignore each other and avoid being in the same TS3 group. However, if you are in a public group then obviously anybody can join. @ha as Ownaj doesn't see it as banter, don't say things like that to him as future incidents (after today) will be considered as abuse.
For now its just a warning. No proof is needed for anything before today but you can make a new abuse report for future incidents.
