Well firstly, you need to be able to take charge.. like what Ownaj & Righteous said.. enforce rules. Especially in situations where things just get out of control.

Secondly, It's cool that you're super friendly to everybody, but tbh that's all I see coming from you. And it may interfere with tough decision-making that admins need to make at certain times. I just feel like you need to experience some more time on the server and see how admins deal with certain situations and you'll see what I mean.

Lastly, just make sure you know ALL the rules first :) Since the rules have been updated, it's good to make sure you know the changes.

That's pretty much all I feel like you need to develop on dood, if done so.. you'd make a GREAT admin. :)
