As @"TripleCDawg" has permanent VIP, lew will get the VIP prize as he got the next highest vote count.

As @Nate is an admin, he cannot redeem the WOTM VIP prize.
Same goes for Josh (3 votes).

So people with 2 votes:
Vulture and Prince.

Prince is also an admin so he cannot claim the reward.

However, sadly three accounts were made on the forums by the same person (on 30/05/2016):
dukenukem (BANNED), HerosWill (BANNED), JumpingKangaroo (BANNED)

These players were trying to vote for: vulture

The IP used to signup matched an IP on Vulture's own account.
As a result Vulture is disqualified from being nominated or picked as POTM for the foreseeable future.
The POTM awards are a nice way to reward players as ranking doesn't make much sense on Jailbreak and its sad to see somebody try to game that.
This will be the only punishment along with a larger forum warning.

Because of this tie, rather than have another vote, I will let @Nate pick 1 person in the above list to recieve the VIP prize.
