[Jailbreak] Remove Warday

My goal is to increase the number of different special days available overall so people have the ability to try out different minigames while playing Jailbreak.
I think removing them in general is a bad idea.

One thing that could make it better is maybe a vote option the warden could pick where players have 15 seconds to vote for one of the special days and the one with the highest number of votes is selected.
