Lunaei you're a nice kid when it comes down to it. The only time your reputation is affected is when you:
A. Complain about an Admin's decision, or believe an admin is holding a grudge against you. I see you accuse Josh of having a grudge against you nearly every day. The only thing Josh has against you is the fact that you attack his judgement of a situation, and then complain that if it was you in the situation, it would be different.
This is not hard to fix. And it is very easy to adjust people's perspective of you. I have nothing against you, I see that you are a nice person when you aren't getting in a clown fiesta. Just forget everything that has ever happened. If you break a rule, consequences are going to come to you. Admin's do the best they can to make it fair.
B. Reacting to people. Yes, some people do attack you. But its the fact that you react so easily makes it more appealing for them to mess with you.

My advice would be to sit back a bit when playing, and not be as socially active when playing servers like Jailbreak. Yeah, you can talk and have a good time. But limit talking on microphone, limit talking in chat so that they don't have opportunities to attack you. If they do, just don't react. Or take it really lightly and laugh it off. You can't get past the immature people who just try to get a rise out of you. You just have to ignore them.

You can change perspectives and be respected by other players.
