[JAILBREAK] Snitches

Ghosting will always happen pretty much, nothing we can really do to stop that.

I think that the snitch radar either:
- Shows for all dead CT's only
- Shows if you spectate a CT?

Either way, I will probably fix it later for dead people (or at least hide the snitch name for dead people, but then CT's could still ghost).
Maybe removing the snitch name is the best idea actually.

Also the snitches plugin only works on like 2-3 maps. We will have to have someone help me add the locations for every map we have (or i'll do it myself at the end of the month) so the plugin can be used more 

Mr. Byte I agree, removing the snitch name because if you actually think about it whats the reason for the snitches name to be there? They don't get anything from it, this is just my way of thinking also some jb maps have several callouts so I will try to get the invex communitys opinion and majority of the callouts i.e 15 vote for crates 9 vote for boxes and the callout will be crates - Thanks sincerly Asriel
