Maybe a way to get money

IMO If you add credit's as an incentive it just becomes a money grab. It should be completely voluntary and done by people that just want to help and that's it. Know all those annoying ads on mobile games? This is basically what it is, if you add credits to the equation.

But that's just my opinion.

I think its fine because its optional and it would be helping the server I dont see the problem but I respect your opinion

Ads are an interesting area. We don't want to turn them on unless we absolutely have to (ie we need more money to fund servers). As of right now, the website is fairly cheap for us and the servers (Jailbreak mainly) gets enough donations along with admin contributions to fund the servers entirely. Once our contract expires in 1 month, we also have a bit of extra spending money so money-wise we are in a good position.

We did consider placing motd ads on 1v1/retakes as those servers don't get any donations but that might annoy players who dislike ads and I think most people like ads so I want to avoid stuff like that if possible. As for additional sponsors, it would sick to get extra ones although I don't know who would be interested. We actually get a lot of website traffic so we are pretty marketable to people who advertise gaming related stuff (CSGO gambling websites come to mind but thats another questionable thing to advertise).

Yeah you could probably get in contact with a gambling site but yeah it was just a thought for if you need more money
