Fix Ramp Glitches

Surf_Utopia and surf_legends both have ramp glitches but I do not know how this could be fixed without remaking the ramps...

If its bad enough, Hello World (after exams) could potentially work towards fixing the glitches and releasing the map on the workshop.
He has done this for other surf maps and some surf ports, would be a piece of cake for him.

Best way to help him is to get a list of all maps with the problem here and specific areas of the map that cause issue:

IE:
Surf_Utopia - only the start
Surf_Utopia - every ramp

Etc so we know which parts need improving. Pictures would be ideal, if not detailed descriptions.
