Its not my decision at all if a player gets member (nor admin for that fact).
Even though I am the owner, the decision is made collectively among members and the community for both roles.
I do however (with Hello World) decide who gets Veteran/Global/Staff.
Anyway, you left on good terms (didn't advertise or anything on the way out) so you are free to rejoin the community when the community allows you to do so. Remember member +1's/-1's are counted much more heavily than registered +1's/-1's and its clear the majority of the community are not ready to have you rejoin them as a member again just yet.
FYI I will also be -1'ing anybody who left for at least 3 months as I believe all our members over the years have shown loyalty and its unfair to those members to have others join their rank that didn't care as much or weren't as committed to the community.
Good luck for future applications (I suggest waiting 1.5 - 3 months or longer before making a new member app).
