CT Power on Surf

Random assignment of defuse kit to a CT and colour him/her blue.
The T with the bomb has prop_dynamic_glow and only the CT with the kit can view it. (similar glow that arms race has)
or
The bomb itself when held has prop_dynamic_glow and only the CT with the kit can view it.

Should be doable with entity edits.

I think the T should remain red for all CT's. He does have a powerful bomb after all.

Something more interesting would be better.
Worst case scenario we don't add in any special CT effects but this makes being on T side slightly more powerful (however plenty of players miss the bomb and simply suicide meaning their team gains nothing).
