I'm trying to understand what you're saying, But I think I understand. The reason that the island rule got added as you have to give rules to the specific location/cell in clouds is because when the rule wasn't there the ct's would say " could all cells rush to X " and the T's denied that they were in a cell as it is a open location and no cell doors around it. Byte am I wrong? -1 On this one sorry
