I agree with the majority of this @stephan, as i've witnessed much of what you said myself. He's a nice person and a good player oft the community, but i feel that he's really immature as he's fairly young. He doesn't enforce rules with punishments, most of the time just mic spams over people telling them to stop. He can be maniuplated easily as he's a young age. - tbh i think their should be an age equirment for admin.

I +1 this as i feel we need a more mature staff team that can handle situations appropriately.
