Okay so I was told by @"StephanCSGO" that Vulture was not handling various situations well (ie not using powers or mic spamming etc) and I told him to make an abuse report. I should have made it clear that proof would be needed. Anyway, @"StephanCSGO" isn't trying to be mean, he just thinks you vulture need to improve or adjust your admining style. Now personally I am busy and will be for another week but after I get back I will be doing a proper audit of all of our current admins on all servers, some changes will likely occur (not targeted at anyone in general). Until then me and others won't be able to review the admins in terms of effectiveness, activity and 'harshness' of punishments.
For this particular abuse report, there is no action that can be taken but a good admin would not dismiss the issues bought up but instead learn from them (which i'm sure vulture is doing during his trial period).
The admin team have concluded that this is NOT abuse.
