The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
jynxx A lot of those overlap with previous reports, however it does raise awareness that he is a repeat offender. Forum rep is not a valid system to report someone as a lot of people use it for fun as well, however links to other sections and parts of the reports only admins can see are fine.
If you see him abusing ingame you can use your administrative permissions to ban/warn/gag/mute him. We have entrusted them to you so you can aid others where need be.
