[JAILBREAK] New Rule #1

Hey! I would like to add a new rule to the General Rules (This one will be G10 if it's implemented).
I'm sure most of the Invex Jailbreak community can admit that spamming FLASHLIGHT is annoying, people bind it and spam the hell out of it, this afternoon when I was playing, someone was spamming flashlight (not saying names) and vulture told them to stop, unfortunately, we were in a stack and we couldnt figure out who was spamming it.
This is EXTREMELY annoying trying to hear warden when someone is spamming it.
So this is it: G10 DO NOT spam flashlight command.
Im sure everyone would love if this rule could be implemented.

Knifing is annoying. It pisses the shit out of everyone and we can't hear anything. They should make there no KNIFING sound when knifing T's but there is sound when you knife a CT

Razor is right. People spam it in groups and you can't tell who it is. If anything Hello World can remove it, don't really see why we need flashlight anyway.

I use flashlight alot. Its very handy in my opinion due to people hiding in dark spots in hide and seek days, hunger games and such. I use it alot so i can find the players on those days
