Counterstrike workout plan with nick
Rules:
Each game a different exercise will be set, see the section for your workout.
Bonus rules:
View the bonus for the designated exercise, bonuses are:
ACE, 1v4 Clutch, Knife kill, Game Win, Ninja defuse
Pushups:
During game:
5 Pushups per bonus

End game:
IF Kills < 40:
Do Kills x2 pushups (EG: 22 kills = 44 pushups)
If Kills > 40:
Do Kills x 1.5 pushups (EG: 40 kills = 60 pushups)
Situps
In game bonus:
10 Situps per bonus

End game:
IF Kills < 35:
Do kills x 3 Situps (EG: 22 kills == 66 Situps)
IF Kills > 35:
Do kills x2 Situps (EG: 35 kills = 70 Situps)
Squats
During Game
5 Squats per bonus

End game:
1 squat per kill (I hate squats)
