I'm not sure where the whole "island isn't a cell" thing came from, the first two months of jb i was on just about every day and it never came up. People are just making up stuff out of nowhere. I'll clarify in the rules that it's considered a normal cell just for those nit-pickers. As for the special day rule, it only counts if a T is killed by a CT. Otherwise, people might abuse the rule and purposely type kill in console so that the warden can't start a special day. E.g Warden: "I'm going to do a zombie day next round". Troll prisoner: "Nope i'll just suicide so you can't". Check the top of the jailbreak rules thread to see changes.
