[COMBAT SURF] Pro Surfer Vote

If this was implanted I could just get a load of people to vote for me, when I'm a horrible surfer. This may need a few tweaks

n8 Yeah I don't think the vote would have non surfers on it, they would need to be nominated by admins... or have a certain PT.

I was thinking of playtime, good minds think alike? lmao. 

I think having an admin nominate would be a too easy for the competitors as only a small amount of players could be in the draw to win :3
