I'm going to have to -1 Cause think about it. The veterans could hate someone and then vote to mute him because they have pissed them off before. Just my oppinion + my example.

Veteran wouldn't be given out to someone if Byte or Hello World knew they couldn't be trusted.
Just remember Byte and Hello World invite people THEMSELVES for this rank, they just don't give it out to anyone

Just leave it to the admins to deal with, If none are on feel free to make an abuse report. IMO this is not necessary.
