[JAILBREAK] Guards have to specify hotcell

Like @"TripleCDawg" says. As warden Masta just say. " Hotcell ass on bars, if you are not sure that you are in a hotcell put your ass on the bar anyway." Another way that I do is either to put a beam on the cell door or just on the cell to indicate which is hotcell... Or just shooting the cell works.
