[JAILBREAK] Beam Placement

New Rule Suggestion:

CT41: The WARDEN cannot place beams on GUARDS to make them purposely bait.

This is so wardens can't make them bait on purpose for them to be killed.

This rule still applys with the beam placement, well the first part at least. Use common sense...
