From what I've seen in the past you can be really immature at times, but can also be a friendly player. Judging from this thread alone i can see that you need a little more time in order to work on your maturity and showing more admin qualities. Don't try and cause drama/problems (like you did responding to ownaj), and try too enforce rules more.
